Lags or crashes during or directly after battles can be caused by one of the following reasons:
1. You are not playing on a steady internet connection or your connection is dropping during the battle. In order to be able to experience the full potential of the game and avoid issues, it is very important that you are connected to a stable network and that your device's signal is at full strength. We strongly recommend using WiFI or a solid 3G or 4G connection with a reliable service provider.
2. You are running the game on an older device with low-memory which is not officially supported by Dawn of Steel. Affected devices include - but are not limited to - the iPhone 4S, iPad2, or iPad mini. Please check our list of technical requirements that you can find in the "Technical Help" section. We endeavor to constantly improve support for as many devices as possible, however please understand that in the case of low-memory stability, there's little that we can do.
