  • How can I benefit from the Free offers?

You can benefit from IronSource and Fyber if you are on Android or iOS.

There is, unfortunately, no such feature on Windows, but we are working on implementing a similar solution.

  • Where can I find these free offers?

You can find them in the Free section of the shop menu (the button with the large chest)

  • Why are the buttons for these offers greyed out?

These buttons may be greyed out because there are currently no new offers available for your region or platform or because your access may have been restricted by the providers due to extensive use of their services.

If you suspect the latter to be the case, we would recommend you to contact IronSource or Fyber support.

For Fyber, you just have to scroll down on their homepage and click on "Contact Us".

  • I did not receive my gems for an offer I completed on IronSource, what should I do?
Please contact the IronSource customer support in Royal Revolt 2 by accessing the IronSource offer page.  You can select the  'In progress' tab and tap on the offer you have completed, then click on the "Missing Gems?" link which will enable you to contact directly IronSource Customer Support department.
An IronSource customer care agent will then get in contact with you and ensure that your gems are credited as quickly as possible
