Keep your account safe!

 

We use sensitive data about players' accounts to recover them in case they got lost. Giving out information about your account (name, amount of currencies, registration date, and so on) to anyone but the flaregames Customer Care team can lead to a security risk for your account. Please don't share your account information or screenshots of your game with other players in the game, on the internet, or via instant messaging services. We are not held accountable for account loss or account theft caused by information that was given away by the players to any third party.

 

 

There are several fake sites on the internet that try and trick you by offering false promises of tools that give you free currencies, resources, or other benefits in the game. These tools do  not work and are considered malware. This means they attempt to steal data from your device and/or game account if you should choose to install them. They also pose a security threat for your computer or device in general.

 

Cloud saving on iOS devices

You can use Apple’s iCloud to save, recover and transfer your account to any iOS device:
Go to your device settings and scroll down until you see "iCloud". There, tap on Apple ID. If you already have an account, simply log in. If you don't have an account yet, create your own new Apple ID. Enter Olympus Rising. The game should now force a iCloud pop-up. Please follow the instructions on the screen to connect your account to iCloud. Also be sure to enter the Olympus Rising settings menu and tick the checkbox next the cloud symbol.

From now on, your game progress will be saved automatically via iCloud.

 

Cloud saving on Android:

After installing and starting Olympus Rising, you will be asked to select a Google account to which you want to connect and save your game progress. Please select your desired account there. If you don't have an account yet, you also have the possibility to create one. You should also make sure that you are logged in with your Google Play Games account in the Olympus Rising community menu.

From now on, your game progress will be saved automatically to the Google Play Games cloud.
