I am not able to watch the videos after an update; the buttons are greyed out. Can you help me?

If you are not able to watch the videos after an update, try to connect to a WiFi connection for a few minutes (depending on your Internet connection, 30 minutes should be enough).

Some missing packages need to be downloaded and this can only happen using a WiFi connection.

If you are still not able to watch the videos after this delay, please contact customer support.
