I have lost my account. What can I do?

In case you should lose access to your account and start over at level 1, please play through the tutorial until you can name your Knight, and get in touch with our customer support team afterwards.

Make sure to provide the following information when sending your message:

  • The name of your Knight in the lost account
  • The name of your Knight in the new account (please try to use a unique name for the new account that makes it easy to identify)
  • The (approximate) registration date of the lost account
  • The date of your last login on the lost account
  • If you should have made any in-app purchases on your old account, please also include a copy of the receipt you have received for the latest purchase

Our support team can then further assist you with recovering your lost account.
